Brand New Pool and Spa! Upon entering the home you are in a comfortable and warm main living area that offers one sofa, two chairs and a mounted flat screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets, plenty of counter space, an island and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy meals at the table right off the kitchen or the formal dining table off the living room.
This home is ranch style and the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. Spacious walk in master closet. Across the hall you will find the bedroom with a queen sided bed. The queen bedroom shares a hall bathroom that has a tub/shower combo.
The large back deck features outdoor furniture, a gas grill and has a scenic view of beautiful native Lowcountry vegetation. The home is tucked away on a quiet street that offers a total sense of privacy.
The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
You will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses and The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center, 30 miles of bike trails, dining, nature programs and kids camp at the Night Heron Park.
THINGS TO KNOW: -The pool/spa can be heated for an additional $150 per day. -There are alarms on all of the doors leading to the pool due to safety codes. They go off when the doors are closed. These cannot be turned off or disabled. -Guests do not have garage access. 2 cars fit in the driveway. -No pets allowed -Fireplace not for guest use -Guests do not have access to resort pools -Sewee Properties booking process: You must return Sewee Properties Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is an easy to sign electronic agreement emailed upon booking. -Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival. -Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund with the exception of 5% reservation fee if cancel before 30 days of arrival date. No refunds outside of 30 days. -When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was great to be away from the busier residential areas and to have a private pool for our enjoyment. When going back to Kiawah I'd stay here again.
Property was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and everything we needed. Location is very nice, short bike ride to beach. Outdoor deck and pool are a great feature. Hope to come back again soon.
Beautiful home! Perfect for our family of 4. The home was well stocked with necessities. The pool was absolutely wonderful!!! We rented bikes which were delivered to the home. Easy access to the walking/bike paths that cover the island and only a short ride to the beach. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins and other wildlife on the island. So many places to fish! Thank you for allowing us the use of your home!
This property was the absolute perfect size for our family of 4. Well appointed with the necessities like coffee filters (it has a brew machine not Keurig), bags, soaps in kitchen… it also had all kitchen cooking, prep and serving items one could need.The pool makes the house and is bigger than it looks in pictures. We heated it and it was nice and warm in December. We also had one question and it was immediately attended to. Everything was great and we will stay at this property again.
Second stay here and it’s just a great house for two for the weekend in Vanderhorst plantation. The new spot and pool are beautiful. Make sure that you know that the pool and Jacuzzi are heated together not separate so in order for the Jacuzzi to be heated, you need to pay to have Them heated as a unit. They do not heat separately. But the pool is definitely really warm once it’s heated. Great for Winter,.
Clean, quiet, and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect after walking/biking back from the beach. Only 1 mile! We hope to be back soon.

We received an email “violation “ about where our rental bikes were parked from the rental property service. however in reviewing all the property information we were provided and the Kiawah rules information contained etc….there was no violation on our part as this was never stated within any Regulations. If bikes are not to be in the driveway (despite the fact they were dropped off here by
Kiawah bike service) then it needs to specifically say this within the information provided. No one wants to be given a demerit on vacation…. Much less in a nice house in a culdesac without any other houses present except for one under construction!!!’ Thanks.
Ideal location for us. Stayed the weekend for the Kiawah Marathon. This property was secluded and away from all of the traffic and activity. It was located in the middle of all of the amenities. The home was clean and well taken care of. Thank you for a great weekend!
