"Rooms were not clean, food left in fridge, tub left dirty, elevator broken, had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. Lady at the front desk was lovely but this hotel needs a ton of help. Tried to check in with a company card and they wanted us to fill out credit card authorization forms. We stay at different hotels for weeks on end as touring musicians and never ask to do this, forced us to come back post show only to find unclean rooms. Had to do the check in process at 1:00am instead of having it done at 3:00pm to save us time when arrived. Overall Not a great experience "

"This hotel is awful. We will never stay there again. This is an extended stay hotel. There was no dishes, no silverware, no coffee pot, filthy stove top and burner, carpet was dirty and walls damaged and zero toilet paper. I nearly turned around and left before walking into the lobby due to about 10 guests hanging around just outside drinking, smoking and using foul language. While they were friendly to me it was NOT a welcoming first impression. We had just traveled 10 hours and I was exhausted. My wife stayed there about 10 years ago for business and said it was nice. We both agree this hotel is terrible on many many levels and we suspect that they are renting rooms now for low income housing. "

"Checked in late after driving for about 10 hours Front desk guy was super friendly!!! THANKS! You allow dogs!! Thanks again!!! FRICKERS is with in walking distance… delicious place!!! Pool & Hot tub👍 Comfy beds! Super safe area!!! Everyone was friendly!!!!"

"This is a horrible hotel. I will never stay here again. It was only convenient because it was cheap but it’s a bunch of human trafficking and drug there and it’s not a safe place for anybody probably should be shut down.."

"The room appeared to be one of the cleaner rooms I have stayed in as far as hotels go. No bugs, just a fly. My biggest problem was the height of the toilet, definitely not the standard size. It was way to low to the floor, I lost my balance trying to sit on it, also no microwave in room( my fault for not checking). I thought all big hotels for the most part had microwave in the rooms, and the walls are not sound proof. I could hear people snoring in the next room, I also heard them answer their phone. Our room was by the elevator, heard it all night, and the refreshment station. I didn't get a lot of sleep."
