"The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom silicone is showing wear and light mold. Overall, though, a wonderful stay in a lovely villa."

"Such a unique property. Nestled amongst the gullies and gardens, you wouldn't realise that there are any other villas on the property. The villas are so thoughtfully set out, very opulent and luxurious, everything you need for a romantic getaway right down to champagne bucket and ice machine! Instructions for facilities and appliances were really well described, and the cleanliness of the villa was spotless. Could not recommend more highly and we are looking forward to a return visit! "

"The property feels like it needs a little TLC. The tap on the spa leaks, there is no doorknob on the outside of the bathroom door, the toaster does not work, the clock in the kitchen has stopped and the flyscreen on the front door is torn. There is no daybed out on the decking area as pictured on the website, just a table and chairs. When we arrived, it was cold and raining but we had to go out in the weather to get firewood as there was only some small kindling inside. Milk was provided but it was UHT and only one towel per person. Tea and coffee was provided and sachets of salt and pepper but nothing else. It was a nice stay, but nothing special. The spa was nice."
