"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. Das Haus war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten, mit vielen Zimmern und ausreichend Toiletten – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos kochen konnten. In den vier Tagen haben wir uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt: ganz in der Nähe des wunderschönen Leopoldsteiner Sees, was ein echtes Naturerlebnis möglich macht....
