Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels.
Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep!
Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around...

Well equipped room (a $600 Dyson hair drier ) pod coffee machine, very comfy bed, great staff cant do enough for you. Its only a small hotel BUT it has a big Personality.The question is would I go back to that hotel and the Answer is YES.

The front desk staff seemed busy when we checked in and were a bit rude and short with us which was disappointing. However the hotel is beautiful with great amenities such as gym/sauna and we enjoyed the balcony.

This was very enjoyable especially as it was so close to the Rathaus Christmas Markets. This is where we went for dinner wonderful experience in the evening and still not too crowded in Late November. The staff were really great very helpful and with good suggestions. Like not buying a Vienna Card just buy a 24 hour transport card and only pay for things you want to see. The only thing I didn't like and it is not the hotels' fault is all the gadgets. It is so trendy to have an ipad to do...

This was a lovely small hotel in the old city. I originally had trouble locating the hotel as I put the wrong street into my GPS and there were road works chainging the flow of traffic. One entrance opens onto pedestrian street in old town and other entrance has one place to park the car and unload baggage. Instructions for public parking under the mountain were precise and a map was given. I booked a suite and it was huge. Very large lounge, large bedroom, study, hallway and large bathroom....
