"I stayed in this house for two nights with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. I asked the owner in advance to arrange a barbecue for us, and when we arrived everything was perfectly prepared — including charcoal and fire starters. The hospitality was excellent. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, warm and comfortable, and the area is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!"

Nette Atmosphäre auf einem Bauernhof mit Kühen als Nachbarn, Katze vor der Tür und Maus in der Küche. Sehr nette Gastgeber.Achtung: Es handelt sich nicht um eine Villa, sondern eine von zwei Ferienwohnungen in einem alten Bauernhaus direkt neben dem Kuhstall. "Wir waren vier Familien, 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder, und haben uns in der Alpenstadt Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder hat es jede Menge Spielsachen, die von unseren Kleinen rege benutzt wurden. Auch für die Erwachsenen bietet die Lodge mehr als genug Platz im Wohnbereich, sei es zum Spielen, zum Relaxen, zum Lesen oder zum Fernsehen. Rosario ist ein top Vermieter und hat uns immer sehr zuverlässig alle nötigen Unterlagen geschickt.Wir können die Alpenstadt Lodge sehr empfehlen."

"Unsere Familie hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Besser kann man in Kitzbühel kaum wohnen. Obwohl alles fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ganz ruhig gelegen. Viele Parkplätze am Haus, schöner Garten und generell hat es alles was man sich wünscht. Auf 3 Stockwerken gibt es 5 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt und einen Wohn- Essbereich der besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Der check-in war sehr einfach mit Schlüsslbox und bei Fragen war...

"Great place outside Salzburg. A combination of 3 apartments units that function as a great house with shared space but also privacy. Peaceful countryside setting with beautiful views of the mountains 15 minutes from city center and the airport. Hosts were super responsive and made the experience easy. We had an extended family and everyone had a great time. "

"Our group of six found the house to be beautiful and very inviting, we used the house as a base of operations to explore southern Austria and a day trip to Slovenia in late September. The views from the various patios were amazing and had comfortable seating. The beds were all comfortable as well. Easy walking distance to restaurants in town. The only minor complaint is that the road that runs by is pretty busy and loud at times when the windows are open- no issues when the windows are closed."
