An off street car park is also included - a rare bonus for inner city accommodation.

The living room has a comfortable couch (which can convert to a sofa bed to sleep two extra guests), books, heater, free wifi and smart TV with Netflix for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes crockery, pots, pans rice cooker and coffee machine (pods included).

Great accommodation

Lovely olg Georgian house that has need divided into three units Separate bedroom off the kitchen. Good bed although e ended up buying some cheap pillows as all the ones at the property were really hard. Sofa bed in the lounge wasn’t very comfortable to sit on and the only other option being an older wooden rocking chair Fantastic location close to lots of cafes, restaurants and essential shops. Easy drive to all Hobart has to offer. Off stret parking was a bonus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
