A quiet and friendly neighbourhood, amongst some beautiful homes. You're only a short drive down to the shopping district in Sandy Bay, and a wonderful supermarket and deil, the Hill Street Grocer. Salamanca and the Wharf district is only around 5.5km, or around a 10 minute drive
Getting Around:
Its always best to have a car in Hobart so that you can full explore the city and surrounding areas. The home has a 2 car garage and there is also plenty of street parking

The home is over 2 levels, with easy access of the street to the upper level, where there are 2 bedrooms, including the main, and the lounge and dining area. There are 2 single beds in a separate bedroom on the lower level and another bathroom
