Set over two levels all 3 bedrooms are well proportioned and the living space is generous. Kitchen and bathrooms are ultra - modern and the furniture, beds, bedding and linen are of the highest quality.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning plus heaters, with a private outdoor area and Smart TV.
The villa comes with off street parking. This is a great base for exploring Hobart and Southern Tasmania or simply relax and enjoy this lovely villa. Also included is:

Getting Around:
It's best to have a car to explore all of the city and the beautiful surrounding areas including the Coal River Valley wine region, Huon and Derwent Valley and historic Port Arthur.

All our linen is provided by our linen service, and includes towels for guests. It is of high quality and professionally laundered, so is comfortable to sleep on and fresh!

A beautiful home for our family to stay in while we explored Hobart! The home had all we needed as interstate visitors.
