They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi, especially because of the wonderful staff!"Reviewed November 7, 2026Return • Perth (PER) - Hanoi (HAN)PER - HAN • 1 stop HAN - PER • 1 stopAU$2,734AU$1,254found 15 hours agoper traveller - Minerva Prestige Hotel

I had dinner served at the rooftop bar, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible, and the afternoon tea is definitely worth trying too. I also got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was wonderful! "Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...
"Close to the lake and church. Hotel staff was very nice. Sleep was good as we didn’t hear any outside noise from the business in the Old Quarter. Thanks!"

"Camellia went above and beyond for us when we saw her! All the staff we interacted with has been 10/5 stars. The door man has SLID to grab the door before I could. They let us have later check out and arranged a shower for us in the gym for after we checked out because our pickup to the next location was around 7pm vs 1pm and we wanted to be fresh before we headed on the road. The rooms were great too, A/C worked great, water was hot, no problems with toilet. Breakfast was super great we ate...
Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa
Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa"This is a great hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter with a good restaurant and spa. But it’s the staff that deserve all the accolades - they are simply outstanding and go out of their way to help, even assisting us to rebook part of our onward travel when our plans changed due to illness. You will be well looked after."
