This hotel was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old quarter and only a stroll away from everything, we loved it. We were able to get connecting rooms, with a little corridor that we could lock off , so we were all together. Hanoi is a very busy place it can be quiet overwhelming, especially with young children, so to have the comfort and peace of this hotel was needed at the end of a very busy day. The manager Jimmi was very helpful - he even sent on a bag we had left behind - the other staff members were so friendly. They did not push us to book tours with them and were very helpful in suggestions for restaurants etc. The breakfast staff were lovely and the food was great - the kids loved the banana/ chocolate pancakes. Thank you to the staff once again , we really enjoyed the stay at this great little hotel.
