"Everything was excellent. They were very accommodating and professional. The club level was awesome. Book club level. Thank you for letting us stay on 38th floor till we had to part. There was no pressure to constantly tip as they were professional and genuinely want to help make our stay wonderful. Thank you to all the staff from the valet and door guys to the dining staff to housekeeping."

"We stayed here three times during our 16-day trip — that alone tells you what you need to know. Breakfast is genuinely impressive: pho, bánh mì, made-to-order omelettes, French pastries, Chinese rice porridge, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese coffee — all done well. Staff are professional, warm, and actually helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet, which is no small feat given the location — right in the center of District 1, walking distance to Saigon Square and Bến Thành Market. Highly recommend.”"

"The Holy Grail in HCM is a quiet room and Fusion Original delivered so well, thanks to its great location above Saigon Centre Mall. It's not the most atmospheric hotel entrance but the rooms are delightfully styled, beds super comfortable and rooftop pool a great spot to check out city views while cooling down. We loved the little pantry on each floor with its fruit and sweet snacks and coffee/tea station. Meant I could start the day with a cup of tea :-). We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again when we return to HCM."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I loved everything—the service was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the security for the guest rooms. The elevators did not require a room key or access code to reach the guest floors, so anyone could access them. I think requiring a room key or code to use the elevators would make guests feel much safer. Overall, I had a great experience and would still recommend this hotel."
