* Do not gamble, do not prostitution in the house. Do not use, store stimulants, banned substances, do not use funny balls in the apartment. Self-responsibility for the Law if violating.
* Please keep the general hygiene, clean up and put the garbage in the trash bin. When checking out, if the condition of the house is too dirty, we will charge a cleaning fee of 200,000 - 500,000 VND.
* In case there is any lost or damage of furniture of the apartment, you will have to compensate according to the value in the attached furniture list.
