"The hosts went above and beyond to be helpful. Power was out across the region and this rental had a generator to power the heater and hot water. We were in town for a family reunion and The hosts provided numerous flashlights and even offered to let our family in the area to come stay and be warm during the at freezing weather. They recognized how it was an extraordinary circumstance and rose to the occasion. In addition, the rental was very well stocked. They even provided laundry detergent for sensitive skin which I truly appreciated. I am deeply grateful to Steven and Kim for opening their home to us; we had a lovely visit."

"What an awesome place! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding with several guests coming in from across the country. This place is the ideal size with lots of room allowing for both friends to gather and folks to get enjoy quiet time. It’s the perfect location with easy access to the lake and downtown evergreen. The host is very friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend. "

"We came into town to see a concert at Red Rocks and absolutely loved our quaint cabin, scenic creek and cabin fireplace - we were centrally located to all of the areas we wanted to hike during the day and close to restaurants we wanted to try but especially loved relaxing in the evening with a nice fire - this is a great cabin, the host were attentive and helpful - we will definitely plan on staying here again - PS thanks for the coffee recommendation we stopped at Bivovac Coffee by Nature in Evergreen AWESOME- loved the coffee and the vibe "

"Very small with minimal planning for storage. Bathroom so small you can sit on toilet, brush your teeth and check shower water temp. However, the babbling brook outside, outdoor space, elk wandering by more than made up for the sagging bed. "
