"Very nice, clean, and centrally located hotel. About 20 minutes walk from the port. A few minutes walk to Heraklion's Archeological Museum which is a must-see in Heraklion. Many restaurants and local stores around. At night it can be a bit noisy but that is the advantage of being close to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's also laundry and luggage storage services nearby for those who may wa t to store their luggage while traveling to islands. Highly recommended and would stay here again."

"Great location in Heraklion city center - walking distance to many restaurants and shopping streets. Hotel looks to have been recently renovated, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and they have an extensive breakfast spread. Cons: there were a couple of things in our room that could be improved - better/ sturdier curtains, and fixing the tilting plaster block holding the bedside pendant lights (see pic)."

"A nice location just out of the old town. A quick and friendly check in with a small upgrade to a harbour view ,which was very much appreciated. Standard size room with an excellent shower but a terrible mattress that gave me terrible back ache , not something I suffer with normally. It was all a little “sterile” tbh, staff who were polite but not particularly friendly. We didn’t ear at the hotel but did enjoy a wine in the bar each night , being served by a scruffy and a little grumpy barman. We would not choose to stay again as it’s clearly aimed more of a business hotel ."
