"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; modern elegance that isn’t at all stuffy. I loved the stylish lobby area with many areas to sit and relax. There’s a huge circular brass fireplace to enjoy. The roof top bar was excellent and the restaurant on site is equally beautiful and although the menu isn’t large, the food we had was very good."

"My family and I walked in and were impressed on the front of the house, interior look; however, the exterior was a little rough. The lady at front was friendly, but we walked up to our rooms and they were disgusting. There was a stain on the bed, loose toothpicks and debris, really bad water damage along the windows and bathrooms, and some of the lights did not work in the room, there was also hairs on some of the beds. We went downstairs and canceled our stay. Staff were really friendly; however, this did not make up for the lack of cleanliness in this hotel."

"It was a decent stay. At check out, We felt like we was being put out LOL. The housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:57am. We were getting ready to leave but it was kind of weird, especially when we actually left the room and it was 3 employees standing there waiting on us. It was also weird when we took the shuttle from the airport and the driver DEMANDED a tip. I mean he didn't even give us a chance to tip him. Then he felt a little ungrateful once we gave him a $5 bill. Needless to say, we took an UBER back to the airport upon checkout. We enjoyed our brief stay, but staff could use some customer service/hospitality training."

"The breakfast was good .. it’s all the same eggs potatoes and bacon or sausages . But you save money on breakfast. The front desk staff was super welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nice .. housekeeping does somewhat of a good job with the rooms .. I was expecting more of a better experience with the housekeeping service."
