"Rex was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The house was cllean, the ..bed comfortable, and a perfect location to walk and get a frozen Daquiri. I would recommend the house for a trip to Brademton anytime. Unfortunately we sodnt get to use the pool as it was a little cool outside but it looked beautifull. We also Saw this offsprey catch a fisj and eat it right next to us and that was pretty unique Lots of birds,dolphin, and we even saw a fanily of racoons."

"This property is well maintained and managed. Communication from the owner was prompt. The furnishings aren't the newest, but everything was spotless. Kitchen was well thought out and had more than enough items to support and prepare meals, drinks, and appetizers. Extras abound, blankets...pillows...beach towels...beach chairs. As a plus, the units were dead quiet, with minimal to no sound intrusion, giving you a great sense of privacy and relaxation. Location is completely AMAZING, with both private and public beach access just outside the door. Watched the sunset from the top floor deck!Restaurants and a convenience store literally less than a block away. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Fellow travelers, choose this location with confidence!"

"The house was clean and quaint. It was just my husband and I...In our opinion, this 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom (tiny shower, low water pressure) would not have been ideal for more than 2 people or for small children. (Our toddler would need space to play, haha.)GREAT location to Bridge Street! We enjoyed the very close walk to Nautilus Cafe each morning and the short walk to Bridge Street. The bay view was very relaxing and the property was quiet - even being so close to a marina and bridge. We enjoyed the beach chairs (thank you) and would suggest driving to Long Boat Key for beach access with easy parking, sunset viewing, & seashells. St. Armand's circle was also lovely and a nice, short drive. It was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we loved driving the golf cart around and moving slowly! Thank you from Texas! :)P.s. Most restaurants offer Happy Hour daily (even wkends) so we enjoyed golf cart riding and trying a bunch of places for appetizers/cocktails! Would suggest some Ziploc bags and/or Tupper-ware for use and also an extra paper towel roll. "
