Welcome to Hip Nautic—your peaceful island retreat just a block from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of world-renowned Anna Maria Island. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a small family escape, Villa 2 is thoughtfully designed for easy, breezy beach living.
This bright and coastal-inspired ground-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to four, with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a full-sized pullout sofa in the living area. The sparkling eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, essential pantry items, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals at home.
We’ve stocked Villa 2 with everything you need for a no-fuss beach vacation—plush Turkish beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are all provided for your convenience. Fire up the propane grill in the backyard for a sunset barbecue, then unwind with an evening swim in the semi-private heated pool, exclusive to guests of Villas by the Sea.
Step outside and let island life take over. From breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in brilliant color, to dolphin-watching cruises, paddleboarding adventures, and fishing charters, Anna Maria Island is full of unforgettable experiences. Prefer to keep it simple? Spend the day beachcombing, riding bikes along the coast, or savoring fresh seafood from one of the island’s iconic eateries.

Villa 2 includes one dedicated parking space at the front of the property and private rear access to the shared pool area.
Your total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and a damage waiver that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage (when reported prior to checkout), eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was 5-10 minutes walking distance away from the beach, several restaurants, bars and shops. The location was superb, and the condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything but a Keurig. We suggest the owner adjust the shower water pressure to a comfortable level and get the pool cleaned.

The place was perfect. Two beach chairs, a small beach bag, and a small cooler to take to the beach were thoughtful accessories that made our trip easier. The pool was peaceful. We were able to walk to a few great restaurants. The coin laundry on site made it easier for us to pack light. This place was perfect in every way.

I could not recommend this place enough!! This was by far one of my favorite trips I have EVER been on and that was largely due to the condo, it's location, and the host! North island may appear to be the hotspot, but nothing could beat this area near Bridge Street. The location of this place is EVERYTHING. Beach access is directly across the street, bridge street and all it's amazing restaurants, shops, and live music are right down the street. We walked over to the beach and to the pier every morning for sunrise views, and you can walk on over to the Kokonut hut for a morning breakfast or beautiful sunset dinner across the street at the Beachouse restaurant. The condo had absolutely everything we could need. We completely fell in love with Anna Maria Island during this stay, and will certainly be back! Hats off to the hosts!!

Beautiful little Gem

Karen and James are wonderful host’s! This little gem is so well appointed with everything you need for a nice vacation.It is walking distance to many bars , shops and restaurants and the beaches there across the street are beautiful.

PERFECT! In every way, very beautifully decorated, anything you could possibly need is provided. Beach chairs and umbrella, all cooking needs and even snacks!There was an issue with the internet/tv and Karen was right there to take care of everything.We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

first off, WOW! I was honestly blown away as soon as we walked thru the door! This place was so clean and so cutely decorated! Karen and James did such an impeccable job with this place and had everything we needed. Loved how the pool was literally right outside the bedroom. Really enjoyed having a grill too! We always stay at a condo in Georgia but have never had a grill, so it was nice to be able to have that! Love how close it is to the beach. About a 5 minute walk! This place was absolutely perfect in every way and we will be back!

Wonderful place

The place was newly renovated and in perfect condition. Besides that the apartment was furnished and decorated with great attention to and love for detail. You feel welcome and right at home - and not just like another guest in just another hotel room. Communication was excellent. Definitely a place you want to come back to.

A wonderful property in a wonderful location. Everything was as described, super clean and perfectly located. Great swimming pool steps outside our bedroom. One very minor issue was taken care of immediately. Karen is extremely quick to respond and a super host. We highly recommend the property!

Fantastic Getaway.

This was a great one bedroom villa. Very clean and in walking distance to Bridge Street and the surrounding Bradenton Beach restaurants. Everything is provided for a day at the beach and the private pool was relaxing at the end of the day.

Our stay was good. The location was perfect! The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The beds could have been more comfortable but nothing is quite like home. There was no hot tub as listed but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again!

Cozy stay in a great location!

Our stay was great in this cozy villa! This place had a lot of what we needed already stocked. The pool was nice to relax in after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away! The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and just a short drive down the road to the grocery store. Definitely recommend!

Great spring getaway for my wife and I

Great location. Very clean and affordable condo just short walk from Bridge St which has restaurants, bars, and shops. Nice, smaller pool right outside bedroom door with plenty of seating for relaxing. We were impressed with how well the owner used the small space. Perfect size for a couples getaway!
