"Staff is nice and very friendly, like to stay again prices are good per day. Breakfast availability they must added which is not available only coffee you have to make your own in your room which they provide you, rooms are nice and clean no bed bugs at all. "

The fortunate part was the new location was brand new and had just opened! The drive to go to my pre planned location was a big problem."

"The bed in the room was sooooo comfortable. We were not expecting to have to pay a $100 deposit tho. I had to dig thru the hotel info on expedia and read some seriously fine print about the deposit. It should be listed at the beginning of the reservation so the people can expect it. Other than that, i was blown away by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was. "
"This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. The host was responsive to messages. The whole time we were there, we only heard footsteps from above a few times. It was very quiet and restful. A floor lamp or two for the seating area would have been nice. Only one side of the bed has access to an electrical outlet. Having a place to plug in a phone charger on each side of the bed would have been a nice amenity. "
