"We had a great day! The room was spotless and well equipped, the staff was kind and courteous, and the location is ideal to restaurants. The only thing to note, and I noticed it is temporary, but we booked an executive suite and we’re disappointed that we did not have access to the executive launch because it is under construction at this time. I do wish we had been informed of this when making our reservation. They did accommodate us and serve meals and snacks in a different room, but we were looking forward to enjoying the view and our time upstairs. We would definitely return on another trip despite that disappointment and are excited to see the improvements that they’ve made as a result of that Construction."

"TLDR: We checked in, then left immediately upon seeing the room. It was nothing like the photos. It was grungy and poorly maintained. My daughter heard scratching on one side of the room. It is VERY noisy - you can hear every step when someone walks by. It has an extremely weird smell. Not sure if it’s cleaning products or what. The uber driver that picked us up said that it’s a pretty unsafe location. We were fortunate that we had the option to stay somewhere else. There are other hotels nearby that aren’t much more expensive but are a lot nicer."

"Toilet seat was broke had to switch rooms. The breakfast was trash it was just eggs and waffles ( made your own) wasn't very much of a selection. a few muffins, toast and oatmeal juice was ok cranberry was just water went to breakfast around 7:30. Ive seen better. Staff was ok though ."

"Do not book this place. I don't think it is their fault but Sugar Creek Rd is zombieville. Junkies were hanging out around the hotel and were all over the street. They were very intimidating and we did not even try to pull into the property. Seriously dangerous situation."
