"The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we told them my fiancé was scared of heights and didn’t want to be on a super high floor. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was extremely clean as well as the facility. The location was also easy to get to and was very beautiful! We will definitely be back when our concert we were supposed to attend gets rescheduled! "

The location’s pretty good since it’s right by the highway, you can hear cars when you’re outside, but we actually found it relaxing. No loud kids, no barking dogs, no gunshots. "Property was well kept. Had a small issue with the AC but it was quickly addressed by management and it didn't affect our vacation. Communication with management was great! One issue with the app is that I couldn't send a picture of what I was explaining to Mike. He sent me his phone number to text the picture to him. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay near the city but in the quiet suburbs. Most stores are less than 15 mins away."
"This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. The host was responsive to messages. The whole time we were there, we only heard footsteps from above a few times. It was very quiet and restful. A floor lamp or two for the seating area would have been nice. Only one side of the bed has access to an electrical outlet. Having a place to plug in a phone charger on each side of the bed would have been a nice amenity. "
