My bright 1 bedroom apartment located on 3rd floor is just 5 mins streetcar ride from Hiroshima Station. Bedroom has 2x double size bed that can sleep 4 adult and 1 sofabed in the living room that can sleep 1 adult. Can fit 5 adult comfortably. Has washing machine with dryer function comes with a free detergent. Living room with TV for your relaxation. Balcony with a city view. Kitchen comes with basic appliances. Modern separate Toilet & bath. Great location for your Hiroshima staycation.



The Space:

Apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.



You need to climb stairs about 40 steps to reach 3rd floor.



Sleeping arrangement :



Bedroom : 2x double size bed ( sleeps 4 adult)

Living room : 1x sofabed ( sleeps 1 adult)



Total : 5 adult can sleep comfortably



Kitchen which is fully equipped to ensure a good dining experience.



Consists of a washing machine with dryer function (free detergent ),

The common area can provide your joyful and relax space.



Each guest will be provided with one set of towels. All the towels are from provide from professional Hotel .



All the furniture and decorations have been picked out tastefully for the guests, with no detail overlooked and no attention spared. I want you to feel home when you are staying with us.



Guest Access:

You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests



The Neighborhood:

My apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded with coin parking, convenience store and restaurants. It is just 5 mins street car ride from Hiroshima Station. And 10 mins streetcar ride going to Peace Park.



This is a great starting point for your Hiroshima exploration.



Getting Around:

Hiroshima Station

↓

Get on the street Car bound for EBA(Line 6 ) or Miyajima-guchi (Line 2)

↓

(third station)

↓

Get off on Inari-machi (M4).

↓

Walking arrived at the building at 10 minutes



Other Things to Note:

House comes with:

+ Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner



The Sofa bed is self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with an English label on it, pillow cover, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple, you can set up in 2 mins.



In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offers air-conditioning, which provides heating and cooling air depending on your needs.

Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
