"Would not do again. Dirty, vermin, the smell of smoke was overwhelming, breakfast was underwhelming. I sleep on floor futon so I can handle hard surfaces, but the beds were lumpy and cheap. Would do capsule instead. Not as close as you think to the station. Onsen was dirty."

"The location was easy to find and the self-checkin process was clearly communicated and accurate. The rooms were spacious. It was an easy walk from the station and to the castle. We were told the front room might be noisy because it faces the shopping street, but it was quiet mid-week by 9:00 and ..."
