Staff were very kind and helpful. Laundry facility in the room was a bonus.

The hotel (common area and room ) was very clean and well maintained. The bakery/lobby area was very nicely appointed. The bakery items were delicious and the breakfast service great. The location was convenient for walking around as well as being able to easily get a taxi if needed. All the staff were very attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto very much.

My family and I loved this hotel so much! It was located in the perfect spot right along the Takase River and Pontocho Alley, with a Family Mart downstairs in the same building. The room set-up was spacious, stylish and so comfortable with all the amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. We were so sad when we had to check out. Walking around all the most charming parts of Kyoto was made even better knowing we had this awesome hotel to come back to, just steps away from the best of it all. I would 100% stay here again and tell all my friends and family to do the same.
