Located in the peaceful section of North Forest Beach, 11 Sandpiper is a vacation paradise.

Just 600ft to Hilton Head's finest beaches. It is the perfect setting for family reunions, business retreats, golf/tennis outings, or just a group of friends getting together!

The back yard of the house is a private oasis. The fenced-in area with a pool and tiki hut bar is the perfect place to unwind, host lively gatherings, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, all while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors and the pleasures of a tropical vacation right at home. It is fully fenced for privacy and furry friends but also has one of the largest private pools in North Forest Beach as well as a four hole putting green. The large sunbathing deck surrounding the pool has an attached spa and a spacious outdoor tiki bar. Also, for your convenience there is a half bath which is accessed directly from the outside pool area plus an outside shower for rinsing off when returning from the beach! There is ample seating for all of your outdoor needs!

The dining room has space for ten guests and the adjacent kitchen breakfast bar can accommodate an additional four. There is a fully stocked kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, with all you will need to prepare a great meal or to serve something that you picked up at one of the fantastic restaurants on Hilton Head Island. The kitchen is flanked by a front and rear living room, each with flat screen TV's and a computer station. For easy access, the rear living area opens up directly to the pool and spa, with several full glass panel doors.

When it is time to get out of the sun and call it a day you can adjourn to one of five spacious bedrooms with adjoining baths. This 5-bedroom home offers the perfect coastal retreat. The property features three spacious king suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a cozy queen guest room and a versatile guest room with two beds one full and one twin, perfect for accommodating family and friends. The bathrooms have a mixture of spa quality walk in showers. Towels and linens will be provided as well as a some items to get you started!

Great place....

Great....location was perfect, clean house with lots of space. Short walk to beach, easy access to bike path. Will for sure stay here again, one of the top places we have stayed at on the island!

A wonderful house for vacation!

We vacationed with our 20 something year old kids and this house was the perfect set up! The backyard was like having your own private resort with the pool, hot tub and tiki bar. The bathroom accessible from outside was such a perk. We found the short distance to the beach an easy walk. We all decided we would like to come back to Hilton Head next year and stay at this house again!

Super Family Vacation!

Our family, 88 year old parents plus the 4 kids with spouses, enjoyed the great facilities of this home! The heated pool, hot tub and outdoor space were fantastic! We really enjoyed the wonderful weather, bike riding, tennis, walking the beach and all the beauty of Hilton Head... We would definitely rent this again!!

Great house for a family vacation, especially with young children!

The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for what my family needed. There is PLENTY of space and the set-up is very functional, outside space is amazing and fun for everyone. Would recommend for anybody and would definitely rent again in the future.

Great Vacation

Great location, quiet neighborhood, very short walk to the beach. Very convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Only a few items we found needing improvement, but any rental property will have some items needing attention. My grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool, the big hit on our trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Our family of 8 adults and 2 infants loved the place. Perfect for a week getaway. Pool is awesome and back area is perfect. Beach is easily walkable. Beach bike cruises are a must! Suites were great for the 4 couples. Would definitely recommend. Mike and Patrizia were very responsive and easy to work with.

Incredible location and the best backyard/pool setup

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to Coligny. Set away from all the madness but easy to get there. All one level, which was great for the Grandparents. The fenced in pool with tiki bar was the best feature. Plus, pet friendly! Loved everything about this house and would definitely rent it again.

LOVED everything about this house!

We have been going to Hilton Head for 30+ years, and for our family this was the perfect place. We love the location, the proximity to the beach, the closeness of Coligny, and the absolute privacy that this home affords. The pool was a big plus for the grandchildren, and the tiki bar provided a wonderful atmosphere to gather around at any time of the day. We hope to return to this rental for many years to come-- and YES we have already booked our 2019 vacation!!!

HHI vacation

We've stayed at many houses on HHI and this is the absolute best in layout, amenities, location and price. The house was well appointed and the backyard was awesome! We basically lived in the pool or hung around the bar area the entire week. The pool bathroom was a real plus. Patrizia was awesome to work with as well. We plan to return for years to come.

We love this house!

This was a perfect house for our family! The layout is exactly what we needed for our family of 4, my parents, brother and niece. Everything is updated and very clean. The outdoor living space was our favorite and the second family room was great for evenings when no one could agree on what to watch on TV:)

Wonderful house!

I can't say enough great things about this house. We have come to HHI for the past 29 years and this house is by far the best one we have stayed in. The place was very clean. The layout of the house was spacious and fit our family wonderfully. The pool was spectacular! The tiki hut was very large and accommodated our family for a cookout and birthday party. We hope to be able to come back again and again to this incredible home!

This House Is Beautiful and SO Close to the Beach!

The house is amazing! The home is beautiful, very well maintained and so well apointed. There is plenty of space and things to do. The pool and hot tub were awesome as well as the putting green - this was the little ones favorite spot in the house. The house is also located so close to the beach. Just a quick walk down the path and you are on the sand. And the beach access is quite far from the public beaches, it is almost like having a private beach. If you are visiting Hilton Head, this is the place to stay. I cannot wait to visit again!

Great house for our family to vaction.

The house was so clean. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had 10 adults and a 7 month old. Nice big kitchen and eating area. My brothers family stayed in the Jack and Jill Bedroom area. My dad had a double room. The two other king rooms were perfect for my sister/husband and myself/boyfriend. We loved all having our own bathrooms. We all loved the pool and tiki bar area. The pool bathroom was a great addition so we didn't have to go inside. Short walk to the beach was perfect. We were all talking about going again next year.
