"We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to jump our battery after we pushed them to do so. After the car started, we had no more problems the rest of our stay. We switched from valet to self parking and saved about $100. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable but everything was just kinda average. Customer service was not the best, the view sucked and the valet was awful the day we checked out. Waited over an hour for my car and when I finally went down stairs to see what was going on, I saw that the valet was just lounging around watching videos on his phone. I had to tell him I requested my car."

"I travel often and to Savannah frequently, but hands down this was the WORST stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The room smelled like mold and the toilet had a small leak. The phones do not work There’s a 25 dollar resort fee. I do t mind the fee when there’s something worthwhile to use it. We were given two free drink tokens, limited types that the token covers. I believe it was 875 value. There was “fruit and coffee for morning The elevator system was beyond explanation. Go to 5th floor to go to 3. From the arrival which was on a closed road to the end, there is nothing at all special except location. "

"We had a king suite that was next to the pool and pool equipment room. I do not recommend it as it was extremely loud. The pool equipment ran all day and night. Also the internet did not work during our stay and the staff did not seem to care."
