Turn off the lights

Please turn off all lights, fans, stove, coffee makers, TV's and AC before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. No shoes in the house. Furniture must not be rearranged. Limited to two vehicles. $100 fee for non-returned remotes.
No sleeping on couches without sheets. No loud noises, music or parties. No use of outdoor common areas after 9pm. No additional unapproved guests.
Check-in must be before 9pm. A fine of $500 for smoking on property. $1000 fine for unapproved parties.
