"Hampton Inn is one of two hotels in Patterson. The other one being Best Western, a much older hotel, but offers the same amenities as Hampton (pool, hot tub, fitness center, free parking, free breakfast). I like Hampton Inn because it is newer (built in 2020), cleaner since the hotel is fairly new. It's right off the main road of Sperry Avenue. Next door to a gas station. Walmart is less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast is okay, waffles, baked goods, cereal, coffee, fruits (whole apple, orange, banana), eggs, sausage."

"Room appearance was good although, ants on counter top under tv. Bathroom shower handle broken. Staff were both helpful and friendly. Hotel was pet friendly lastly, we didn’t see the gym. I had a concern regarding the hotel clerk allowing transients to hang out and use the amenities near the breakfast area. This happened yesterday when we checked in. It appeared that the clerk didn’t care if they were there"

"Microwave and fridge, good parking BEAUTIFUL neighborhood. Have to request housekeeping services like having trash emptied. Other than that comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast. Great stay"

"Clean room, nice staff, in a shopping center, small gym, no pool, key card entry to property, next to freeway, can feel the train going by, refrigerator, electric stove, budget feeling to it. "

"The staff was always very friendly and attentive. Rooms were decently clean. Sheets had some old stains on them. Bathroom sink drained super slow but my boyfriend was able to quickly fix that. Toilet flushed hard. Like seriously thought it was going to break every time we flushed it. Otherwise it was perfect for the price"
