Room was incredibly clean. They will only clean on request. I think that is great. Im not a dirty person so I don't need it cleaned everyday. Excellent service I needed a few additional towels and a blanket. Bay Landing Hotel employees handled everything excellent. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. I rate Hotel a 10. Thanks for service.

Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend! I enjoyed out stay and loved San Francisco!

Amazing sky view of the city from my room. The hotel was close to Union Square key for shopping, conference attendance and access to tours. Staff were exceptional and responsive to every need.
I do miss the absence of a complimentary breakfast though. The gym was sufficient, small but extensive equipment.
10/10 experience!
