"The room had a bad smell and the front desk gentleman said he would spray the room although it didn’t help. When I booked the room it said free breakfast, but after checking in the clerk tells me there is no free breakfast because I booked through a third party (Expedia), They need to honor what they advertise."

"Oh the staff here are such a stand out. Despite how busy they are and how big they are, the staff are excellent and very well trained. "

"Outdated handicap bathroom. Seat was peeling. Room could use new carpet.Stains! "

"Room had hair in the bathroom you can tell housekeeping either didnt touch the bathroom to do a deep clean or they didnt do it at all. Not to mention after driving 6 hours with kid's my family and i room was sold to someone else before we could even check in. So we were left with leftover rooms that were left which was very upsetting. Because how could you give someone else room up if it was already paid for. Also there was some kind of event going on which left the people who paid to stay there couldn't find a parking spot which was very inconvenient also was told by staff to park in the grass i shouldnt have to park in the grass when i paid to stay here for 3 night it was a horrible first experience with this hotel and staff will never stay here again i wouldn't suggest anyone else to stay either. Breakfast was horrible as well. Workers failed to tell us what time was breakfast and check out which we figured it out on our own. "

"This hotel was pretty railer for a Hilton. It had an odd smell and seemed pretty run-down. Our room smelled like body odor. It just was sort of creepy, not a place that I would stay at again—definitely not your typical Hilton quality."

"People in the next room sounded like they were in our room. Maintenance repairs are substandard. Ex floor tile has been painted. Elevator doors sound like they are broken"
