"This is the second time we've stayed here...for a reason. Not only is it one of the most quirky, yet somehow elegant and refined, properties we've ever been in, but the staff are super friendly and helpful, they have a system dialed in that doesn't seem to skip a beat. I do wish there were coffeemakers in the rooms (you can get one by request) as I'm a frazzled useless lump of dump before my caffeine fix and wouldn't want to have to subject myself to any humanoids before it, but, well, luckily I have a wife who's a morning person and was happy to hop and skip her way to the coffee-station for me. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are very unique and comfortable, and the location can't really be beat for a downtown spot to stay. We will be back..."

"The staff was wonderful, the hotel was SO clean. The hot tub was too hot and most people couldn’t submerge themselves for very long. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff was."

"The property it’s is nice as is the area. The staff was friendly at check in and alway polite. However, we were there for a wedding and 6 people (the suite) had to shower and get ready, the shower filled with water and wouldn’t drain. We complained about it at the front desk when we left for the wedding and assumed somebody took care of it while we were gone but the next 2 Days we were unable to shower due to the continued problem. I complained again at check out with a response that it will get checked out. I have my doubts since the kitchen faucet also kept coming off in my hand. The problem with prepaying for someplace is then you’re locked into it. VERY DISSAPPOINTED but had a great weekend with family celebrating regardless. "
