Very good facility with charming hosts

The hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.

Disappointing compared to what I saw on the web

The room were allocated could not be locked and we had to be moved. The entire corridor was smelling of cigarettes

We booked last minute as we were were going for a funeral. Didn't expect much, but were very pleased to see it was more than just a bed for the night. The managers went out of their way to accommodate us, and over the stay made our not so pleasant reason to be in Hillcrest a very pleasant stay.

The location was good and the room was fine although lacked the little touches that we found in many other B & B's. The breakfast was basic and the pool looked much better in the photos.
