"We were supposed to be in a "superior room". If room 6 is a superior room I wonder what the others looked like. The room was quite small, the pillows were all lumpy and not comfortable at all. There is no soundproofing in the room. After a long drive we had an early night but the kitchen extractor fan was below the window and was loud until it was switched off.
