"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"When we arrived, reception was closed. A random man showed up and called the “owner or manager” who demanded we pay an additional $93 in cash. Per Expedia we expected to pay $47.99 at the hotel. But the fact that we had to pay in cash was sketchy. The man had a terrible time finding our room. It was obvious the room was not clean. "Our family, including my husband, our 7-year-old son, and our 3-month-old daughter, had a truly exceptional experience at this resort. The villa accommodations were exquisite, the swimming pools were impeccably maintained, and a wide array of engaging activities were available for children. I particularly appreciated the complimentary access to beach toys for children, enhancing their enjoyment of the beach. The resort offers a diverse selection of dining establishments, and the staff consistently demonstrated an outstanding commitment to service, exceeding expectations in assisting, accommodating, and satisfying guests. All management personnel were exceptionally supportive. Our host, Robinson, was particularly remarkable and helpful, providing daily schedules via text and promptly addressing all inquiries. For families, I highly recommend the family villas, as they provide comprehensive access to all resort amenities. It is important to note that the resort is extensive, segmented into various areas, each with distinct pricing and access privileges. Definitely going back with friends and their families."
