"The villa was gorgeous. We have stayed in various villas and locations around Orlando and this is by far the best.The hosts were fantastic and answered a queries promptly. The villa was stocked with essentials and had everything you could think of.The location was amazing, lots of wildlife to look and and fantastic outdoor space to watch sunset. "We decided to go to Orlando to escape from the Michigan cold for a week. We wanted a house with a private pool but also to be not too far from entertainment and this spot was perfect. The house was very clean. The pool was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet which was good as it was just my husband and I. There are plenty of restaurants close by or we could drive to Disney Springs or a park for more options. The kitchen was well stocked. To be honest we don’t cook while on vacation, but it had everything. I used the coffee pot every morning and that was it. We stayed in the master with a large bathroom attached. There are two other bedrooms and a full bath too. All rooms plus the one living area had TVs. I enjoyed the other living room to read a book while my husband streamed a movie at night. The owners were great. Very good communication. Checked in by text throughout the week to confirm everything was going well. I picked this property because we were flying and it said it was well stocked. They did not disappoint . The check in process was easy and so was the checkout. Not a long list of to do’s before we could leave. I would definitely stay here again. I wanted a quiet relaxing week to soak up sun, take a dip in the pool, and catch up on some reading. This home checked all the boxes. "

"Yes, it was great for we were able to bring our dog for our stay. The house was a great size. The AC needs to stay at 72 and that temp is way too hot for Florida weather!The kitchen was out only dissatisfaction. The pans were all scratched, and the dishwasher had a terrible smell and not cleaned. The AC vent above the living room was filled with a full layer of dust."

"Fantastic property, beautifully equipped, comfortable beds and very well stocked kitchen. Games room added bonus although handles missing on some table football rods. Pool area with BBQ was great although BBQ itself could have been cleaner-only thing that was t spotless though so very minor point. Host and management company really responsive too.Overall excellent and would highly recommend "
