"I was greeted by the staff with a smile and welcoming attitude. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. "We stayed for 2 nights and the elevators were not working. The first night we called down to the desk because we went to leave and couldn’t. We were in the 20th floor. They said the elevators were broken and to use the stairs. We said that is 20 flights and I have a medical condition where I cannot walk far. They just said sorry that’s all you can do. So we were stuck in the hotel all night!!!!!! We were only in NYC for 2 nights and paid a lot of money to be here!! They couldn’t have cared less. It was just an awful experience. Staff seemed unbothered. Awful awful just don’t "

"Staff was great. Location is perfect , a lot of things are walking distance. Good places to eat within the area. Felt safe walking early morning and late night here , they lock the doors and require you to scan in with your room key. The room was not the cleanest, there was black stuff inside the sink knobs in the restroom. Shower head had black on it along with the shower faucet. The breakfast was a bit misleading , it’s just muffins and bagels but no toaster for the bagels. "
