This rental was just as described, had a perfect amount of space for two adults overnight. Everything was like new and had everything I needed. Host communication was excellent!!

The place itself was fairly clean, but what bothered us was that they wanted to charge extra for every teeny tiny thing which was off-putting. For example if you wanted to check in an hour earlier there was a fee, there were notes everywhere such as "$25 per item if makeup does not come off", etc.. Everywhere there was a note, but everything felt one way and unwelcoming. Okay as a convenient place in new jersey that was relatively clean but wouldnt go back.

Great longer-term stay near Manhattan
We were in town for medical appts in Manhattan, and after 10 days in hotels w tiny rooms and hefty price tags, found this little gem in Elizabeth, NJ. The apt provided so much space for two of us, with all the amenities for living (laundry, cooking). It was decorated like a home away from home. Sonya was our coordinator, and wow, she was amazing, responding in minutes to our needs and questions. Parking was super easy in the street, through longer-term stays have access to the free attached parking garage; the nearby town center had great, friendly vibes. The drive into Manhattan in non-peak hours was reasonable at about 40-45 mins. Great solution for anyone needing to be near Manhattan for longer periods.
