Very convenient

The hotel access is all code based so there is no staff on site. That being said the communication with host is great cia text/whatsApp - instant and prompt replies. Affordable too and great location right next to High Wycombe station.

The Manager was not ready for us despite knowing our arrival time. He came armed with anything & everthing to break down the door. Once open there were womens fluffy slippers, clothing and a dirty unmade bed. The Manager offered no apology or explanation. In fact he never spoke in the whole 22 minutes we were watching this all unfold. We paid for better the better room, he offered us the cheap room which was already occupied. We complained to Expedia who expedited a refund. We had photos of proof to verify our story.
