"Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, room met expectations. Lots of amenities in the lobby like 3 blade razors, bath salts and skin care stuff not found at the average hotel. Free coffee in the lobby too. Only minor negative would be it's a bit complicated to get there from Yokohama station. There's a walkway on the 3rd floor you can take from the department store connected to the station that eventually takes you to the area near the hotel entrance but no signage so you probably wont find that route until you go out for the first time after checking in. "

"Great staff provided great service. Location of hotel was excellent for us flying in and out from Haneda - very close to the airport limousine route. Hotel itself was a bit dated but was clean and spacious, in Japanese standard of course. With the price I paid for a comfortable night there is no complaints."
