"The location is great! Just across the street from an entrance to the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were overall clean and comfortable. Could use a refresher on wall paint. My only frustration was with checking in. We arrived in the morning from the US. They fortunately allowed us to leave our luggage but, would absolutely not consider checking in until 3 pm. When we got back to check in we waited at least 40 minutes and then informed that our room was not ready. Made for a very long day. They did give us another room after complaining about having to wait longer. Seems like starting the check in process for early arrivers would reduce the wait time for 3 pm check in. I would have paid extra. There had to have been rooms ready before 3."
