"Beautiful views and amazing wave noise, comfortable beds and brand new bathrooms. Quirky house built in the 60's(?) but everything you need for a peaceful stay. Close to Carmel and Big Sur. Check-in process was not good at all. We were not given a Gate Code so couldn't get onto the property to get inside and there is no cell coverage in the area so we had to drive a few miles away and call the office. The lockbox is difficult to open. Despite these check-in issues, we loved the house and would stay there again."

"The location of the home was fantastic. Close to everything but in a quiet subdivision. The oceans views from the house and hot tub were an everyday joy. Having the trail head five houses down with the meadow trail and beach access was also wonderful. Great property and would definitely stay there again if in the area."

Two improvement suggestions:1) Downstairs shower water didn't get hot enough, imagine the fix is just turning up the temperature on the hot water heater.2) The only spices available were salt and pepper,and there were no condiments in the house. Given the expectation of a high-end expedrience, suggest you stock and replenish spices and basic condiments. "
