About this property
A Secluded Cabin on a Babbling Brook
- Our home is on 12 acres tucked away in the National Forest bordering 2 sides of the property in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Our home offers privacy having no neighbors. Total relaxation with the sounds of nature and two creeks that border the house. This cozy little home is a two bedroom one bath house with a large covered porch with plenty of wildlife. Enjoy the beauty of the forest. Hike mountain trails without having to leave the property. Curl up on the front porch, watch the birds nest and listen to the babbling creeks.
Close to white water rafting, kayaking and boating on Lake Chatuge. The Area offers miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding and has close access to the Appalachian Trail. There are 5 golf courses in the immediate area including Brasstown Valley Resort, Mountain Harbour and Chatuge Shores, We are just a few minutes to the renowned Georgia Mountain Fair Grounds, 20 minute to the William Holland School of Lapidary and 30 minutes to the John C. Campbell Folk School.
