"Just had a lovely week at Grisedale Pike in Keswick. Information provided prior to our stay was timely and very helpful and had everything we needed to know. The property was as described, well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location in the centre of Keswick with access to plenty of walks from the door. Parking was located close by and very convenient. We would absolutely stay again."

Easy access to Braithwaite and the facilities and walks from there , and also to Keswick town centre. Would benefit from a more extensive ‘welcome pack’ and other basics you often get in cottages these days ( fresh milk , kitchen roll , oils and condiments etc ) but overall would definitely recommend the cottage ."

However everything else about this stay was perfect, from the staff greeting me on arrival to the warm comfortable room and tea/coffee making facilities. This was a great stop-off location between Dumfries and Yorkshire, would recommend."

"Stayed whilst visiting the Lakes. Hotel was perfect for us as a family with children age 10 to 16. The buffet breakfast was a good selection, children loved the pancake machine. We also loved the pool, you had to pay extra but I felt this was worth it, the pool was a good size and steam room, sauna and jacuzzi nice for adults to relax. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, nice reception area with lovely open fire to sit by."
