"The property looks good. However the AC did not work in our room. We arrived around 430 and the temperature was 77 degrees. I turned the AC on and set it down to 62. We left and returned around 1130 the room was 78 degrees. Tried again to turn AC on. We called the front desk and was told to hold the mode button for 15 seconds then set temp. We did that numerous times - the temp never went down. I turned the whole system off at 3:00 thinking it would cool a little bit but no it was still 78 when we woke up at 8:00 (sweating). Told the man when we checked out and all he said he would have maintenance check it."
