"This beach house was totally amazing! This house had everything we needed. So much thought went into the design of this house. It wonderfully accommodated 2 families (our kids and grandkids) Teddy went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We loved the layout of the house. 4 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath. Also, downstairs has a full bathroom. It really came in handy when we wanted to shower after a day at the beach. She also has a room filled with toys and umbrellas. There are several chairs downstairs as well. One thing we really liked was it is a quiet beach. No vehicle access. It was amazing to watch the kiddos from the balcony. Thank you Teddy for an awesome stay. We will be back! "

"This property was perfect for our group of 12 graduated seniors (17 total people). The ability to stay together in a 1.6 million house that met all of our needs was priceless. They swimming pool and the fire pit were popular hang out spots for the group. The patio furniture is really nice and sturdy. The kitchen is huge. Huge. We enjoyed the large refrigerator and the ice machine in the bar area. Our group was just able to fit around the large dining room table with additional chairs pulled up. These moments were my favorite of the whole trip. The beds were comfy and the extras were nice too: the pool table, ping pong table, the video game, all the smart TVs. There has been some wear and tear on the house from previous guests, but that's to be expected, I'm sure-- nothing that changed our attitude about our stay. Items to remember, as with all vacation rentals, if you want more towels, bring them: bath, pool, kitchen, dish rags, hand towels, etc. And one peculiar note about the kitchen: there are at least 5 colanders but 0 storage bowls or mixing bowls. If you're planning on a lot of scratch cooking, bring bowls. Overall, we loved this place. We would definitely return given the chance."

"This home was perfect for our little family reunion. It was nice to be off the main boardwalk area but just a few minutes drive from any activity or restaurant. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the downstairs game room with the triple bunk beds. We also were pleased the bedrooms had ceiling fans. Kitchen was well stocked. We would come back here when visiting the the area again"
