The island is stunning, beautiful attention to nature, you felt privileged to be there. Staff were amazing and rooms were roomy and clean. My only gripe relates to catering. Great coral reef gardens and myriad fish spoiled by a resort in decay that needs the owners to spend $50M or sell to someone who will. Would strongly recommend not staying on Heron Island. Terrible compared with other Barrier Reef islands.
