"Had to checkout early because the elevators were down and literally we would wait 20-30 mins to get to our room. This alone was too inconvenient to deal with when traveling with a family. Room is not renovated at all, the furniture is very old and the bathroom is old as well"

The chair in the room was peeling It has seen better days and needs to be replaced. The sheets had balls on them. It time to get new sheets. There needs to be a person who goes around and fully inspect furniture and know when it time to replace stuff in the room. Basic updates to maintain quality aka quality control. Also the walls are thin, I just knew the people above me was going to land on my bed any minute while I was in the room. It a descent hotel if you just need a place to sleep, shower and want a ok breakfast . Don’t look for anything else."
