"We stayed for 12 days during the first week of March 2026.The property was exactly as stated on VRBO. The property manager (Kamal) was excellent. He always replied to our questions very quickly. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. The villa was spotless and the location on Tropic of Cancer beach was great. Highly recommend this villa."

"Outdoor space at the house is fantastic. We happened to pick a windy week, but were still able to enjoy the sun. We could also swim every day at the beach out front, while many island beaches were too rough."

"This house was perfect. Most amazing location, view, and staff! Judy was always very quick and responsive. We ended up going with the meal service daily for breakfast and dinner and Larissa and Nancy are incredible! Took care of everything for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), which made it feel like a true vacation. 10/10 would recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful Tropic of Cancer beach is steps away. The house was clean with a modern design and modern appliances. The pool was warm and clean. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars…the house stated it had beach chairs but there were only three (for a house that sleeps 6) and one was rusted and broken. We were given a code to the guest locker for beach items but it didn’t work. The microwave stopped working. Our local host was not responsive to email. I did call but no follow up or resolution. Otherwise Exuma was wonderful. "

"The house was great. Had three families there for a week and there was room for more. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful location on the tropic of cancer beach. Homeowners were more than accommodating and quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10. "
