"This property has serious issues. First and most important are the serious plumbing issues. Most of the the bathrooms have problems with the water pressure. Some to to point that they are not functioning properly. The maintenance man literally shut down one of the bedrooms we were using because of the problems with the bathroom. We had to move the guest out to share a bedroom with another guest. Three of the bathrooms did not have enough pressure to wash the soap out of your hair. When we complained the butlers said they had been reporting the issues to the owners but getting no results. The only had one of the swimming pools with the heat turned on. The outdoor lights for the only table that would hold our entire group did not work. We were told it would take two weeks to fix it, only a call to VRBO got the needed repairs. Both of the freezers in one house had big holes in the bottom of the refrigerators so the butlers kept towels on the floors 24/7 to keep us from slipping and falling from the melting ice."

"I was told visiting this house would be like living in a screensaver...they were right. This place is magical. From the lazy river sand bar to the rocking chairs on the patio watching the turtles swim by, it was the most magical vacation we have had. I didn't know this beauty existed. If you want the perfect place to escape and see the most amazing place in a stunning home this is it. Somehow the owners managed to design a home where every bedroom and every window in the living areas all look at the ocean. Cannot say enough about the beauty of this home and location. I want to move here! We will be back."

"This is a difficult review for me to write because the host is genuinely a very kind and a lovely person, which we truly appreciated throughout our stay. The property itself is in a fantastic location, directly in front of a private beach area with access to pristine water and kayaks available for use. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and it is definitely one of the strongest points of the stay. The screened porch is also a real highlight, you can comfortably enjoy being outside without dealing with bugs, which makes it a great space to relax. However, the unit itself feels quite dated and would benefit from some renovation. The kitchen is very old, and the bathroom is in particular need of repair and updating. The description and photos online do not fully reflect the current condition of these areas. I’ve also added some pictures of the kitchen and bathroom so future guests can make a more informed decision before booking. Overall, there is a lot of potential thanks to the amazing location and outdoor spaces, but the interior would need significant updating to match expectations and fully reflect the listing."

"One of the best values on Little Exuma at this price point. The pictures don’t do this rental justice. It is much larger than it looks and the decking goes all the way around. It was well stocked with towels/beach towels and chairs. It was too windy to use the kayaks but they looked in excellent shape. The location is only about 2 rows back from the main TOC entrance with the bar/snack bar. We had 2 small issues and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again and recommend this to others. "
