"Friendly staff, nice room. Great experience."

"Staff was great, breakfast was delicious, the room is unique with a front door leading to the parking lot and a back door that is facing the harbor. Great location. The only downside is a lot of reconstruction going on from 2024 hurricane and a Yacht club being built at the end of the pier. No fault of the hotel. Also, the pool was great."

"Room was clean except the floor had quite a few dead bugs, and shower would not drain; You had to stand in a few inches of water. Also the pool bar only serves beer, not ideal for someone who doesn’t like beer. Great pool area though. "

"I have stayed in this hotel many many times. It is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in- ever. The staff is incredible, the parking is great, the pool is clean, we LOVE this hotel. I previously reviewed this hotel as the WRONG RODEWAY! (New port Richey, don’t go there) For which I apologize, but we absolutely LOVE this hotel."

"I was at property for weekend. Had concert to go to so was not going to be in room a lot. However, my first day the staff at front desk was not very friendly. The bartender in restaurant was helpful and kind. I received a smoking violation under door the next morning. I didn’t smoke. I went to front desk because I’m not paying $300 for something I did t do. Spoke with the supervisor, whom was rude and stated that the device was 99% accurate. I asked what would cause it to go off if knowing it wasn’t smoke. She stated the shower steam could. So not accurate. Did take bill off. I also stated at that time that the shower was not working properly, awful water pressure and hard to change settings on nozzle due to hard water build up. Also the tv did not work. Which even the gentleman who came could not fix it. I have always heard such great things about Hilton hotels but this was awful and don’t plan to do it again."
