"A brand new but brilliant hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Only a couple of minor issues, but all bar one were dealt with immediately, ( a tv not working in one of our rooms… but there were two in that room, so no big deal. Food and drinks were fantastic. Our waitress, for both nights, Megan, was an absolute star. ✨ We hope to return. 🙂"

"The bedroom was clean but on arrival my husband had arranged a surprise which they did not deliver and then blamed technology. I'm allergic to cats and they have a resident cat which we saw the notice on the last day, this should be on the website, I was lucky I did not have an allergic reaction. The bread was mouldy which staff did clearly not see my husband had to inform them, not good for saying they claim to be 4 star!! Was not impressed by the menu either. Overall stay was ok "
