Easy access from main highway yet the location provided feelings of comfort and safety combined with a welcoming atmosphere. Room was spacious, well decorated, and especially clean, with plenty of towels!

I went there with my kids to get some work done because my home WiFi was acting up. Everything about our stay was perfect! This is usually my go-to hotel and they never disappoint!

There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel. The ice machine was filthy. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper, holes in wall under sink, cracked tub.

Overall experience was good. Hotel wasn’t crowded and was very quiet. There were only two issues with my stay there. First was the bathtub had visible stains and hair still remaining in the tub. Second, was the lady that prepared the breakfast in the morning would get an attitude if you used more than one paper plate. As if she expect you to reuse the same paper plate. This behavior was exhibited towards myself and another guest as well.

Decent place with a decent breakfast. Staff is somewhat friendly. A few issue with inconsiderate people checking is noisy late. This is not something that the staff can control however.

The staff was pleasant; however, I called ahead to see if I could check in an hour early and was denied. The place was not filled to capacity and there was no reason to make me wait until 3pm. I was made to wait when they were clearly not filled to capacity. I also did not like the room either as it was for handicapped individuals so the shower was cramped with a bench inside. Water was shooting out the side of the sink faucet too. I will say the breakfast was good with waffles, bacon, and eggs.

The 2 girls at the desk were very sweet. Your web site said the price of the hotel was $92.00. After 10 hours of driving the price was $172…… The sweet girl was very patient with me as I recovered from my shock. It’s a good thing you have such pleasant employees!

Conveniently located right off I85S. Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast with some healthy options. Staff was friendly and helpful, much needed as we arrived as a hurricane was passing through the state. A bit pricey but not many options in town. Will stay there again.

We stayed two nights to attend a family reunion. The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the outlets by the bed did not work and the tv would not turn on. I called the front desk but they did not have anyone who could take a look at it. So it made our stay less than desirable.

Priced more than others nearby, but I feel it was worth it. Clean, comfortable, easy access to interstate and restaurants. My only complaint would be tv channel selections. They could do better for the price.

We were comfortable however the weight of bedding was not as “breathing” for real comfort: for tall people 5ft-6ft the commode was defy to low: we would have enjoyed having more than one chair, as well ‼️

Would not recommend!! The outside/inside look great!! The rooms are good but if you book through a third party (expedia, orbitz, etc), don't expect the hotel to correct anything. I reserved 2 STANDARD rooms w/ double beds. Expedia upgraded one of the rooms without my knowledge. The hotel would not downgrade the room. The pool was closed, no mention of that. The vending machines, well, there were none. And the pillows suck...you get four 12x12 throw pillows. Housekeeping never came by and gave fresh towels or anything. For a "high end" hotel that came with boasting recommendations, I will never stay here again!!

First I would like to apologize that your room did not receive housekeeping services during your stay.With the Covid-19 pandemic, Hilton changed our standards and dramatically altered our housekeeping services. With these guidelines our housekeeping staff are not to enter any occupied guest rooms unless services are requested. This is to insure the health and safety of our guest and staff. We have resorted to inserts that are posted on the bathroom mirrors in guest rooms informing guest of new housekeeping services and that if you require service just notify the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk could not move you due to our high occupancy at that time. Hamptons no longer have vending machines due to the treat shop that is located at the front desk which supplies beverages, beer and a variety of snacks. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast just ok, could have been stocked better (at least when I was there)
