"NASTY. We walked in the room, and out we go. Not even 2 minutes in there. Pictures used to advertise… that’s not how this place looks. I can’t even find the words to describe this place. It should be closed down !"

"Rooms were clean but in the double queen rooms, bed was more like a full so plan accordingly. Also, hotel overbooked rooms and gave us a key to a room where someone was already staying. This was embarrassing. Hotel staff was overwhelmed with just two customers in line which rushed them through an apology and getting another room. The service desk person did go to the room to ensure the same thing didn't happen but too little too late for the gentleman we barged in on. Definitely turned us off from staying there again."

"We had no issues with our stay except we couldn’t get the WiFi to work and didn’t see instructions on how to call the front desk. However, it wasn’t a big enough issue to go complain. "

"Secured a room but when I came to the property was told there were no rooms. Was charged and working on obtaining a credit. Hotel personnel said it was a glitch in the third-party system. Very inconvenient."

"Unfortunately, this place is a dump. It's run down and needs a lot of renovation and upgrades. Duncan at the front desk was nice and he tried to help by giving me an upgrade. The bad part is that if this was an upgrade, then I would hate to see the regular room. The room was "clean", but still felt dirty. The floor felt like it had been mopped with a dirty mop. My socks got dirty from walking on the floor. In the bathroom, there was no rod for the toiletpaper, so it was just sitting on the back of the toilet. There was no stopper for the bathtub, so you couldn't take a bath unless you jammed a wash cloth or something down the drain. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, so I don't know if it even worked. The ac/heat unit didn't work very well. The vent was caked in dust/lent and the slats were broken out. The bedspread had holes in it that had been cut out and burned with a cigarrette (even though this was a non-smoking room), and of course stains. The curtains also had holes in them and you could see light coming in through the holes. They provided a coffee maker that made one cup at a time, but no cups to make coffee in. There were only plastic cups that would have melted with hot coffee in them. The hotel wqasn't exactly cheap either. I think they raised their prices (but not the quality) because there was a marathon (which is why I was there) in town and some locals told me there was a big soccer tournament in town that weekend too. "The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. There are several bars and restaurants on site. The hotel is within walking distance of many cute bars and clubs."

"Not sure what was going on with this location. I spent three nights here. The last 24 hours was unbreathable. The entire place smelled like a sewer. Especially the fifth floor, where my room was. The staff was not even concerned. So we took for granite. This was a regular thing. Very nice location just not happy about the smell of the place."

"The room is new and clean. Breakfast can be improved. Scramble eggs are too dry. Tater tots were hard to eat."
